What does “commercial use” mean?
The Free and Premium plans are licensed for personal research only — searching estates and managing cases on your own behalf. The Researcher plan covers professional use: you can use FindMyLegacy as part of paid work for clients, including searching the Bona Vacantia list on their behalf, building and exporting case files, and producing research reports. If you are a genealogist, probate researcher, or solicitor charging clients for estate research, the Researcher plan is the right licence.
